Simple and easy yoga session yesterday:
1) core salutations warmup
main set:
- downward dog
- warrior 1
- warrior 2
- downward dog
- garudasana
- high lunge
- warrior three with eagle arm
- half moon pose
- standing split
- reversed half moon
- utkatasana
- squat pose
- bakasana
- chaturangga dandasana
- downward dog
Then I did backbends sequence. Camel pose growing beautifully!
